These games you play with your team (3-8 people) and a Locus Quest Executive Team Coach. Over multiple guided sessions in two weeks your team will grow in trust, communication and effectiveness whilst having fun.
Airplane
Over two immersive sessions, under the guidance of an experienced executive coach your team needs to work together to land an airplane. Half of the team will be in the cockpit and sees the buttons, the other half will be in the controltower reading the manuals.
Mars Civilisation
Under the guidance of an executive coach you together with your team will choose 10 items of a list of 30 to start your own civilisation on Mars. Discussions on what to pack are fierce because making the right choices are paramount for the succes of your mission. Coming Soon!
